In our very first episode of The 108 Effect, we introduce ourselves and share why we felt called to create this podcast. What began as casual conversations between two curious minds has grown into a space where the unexplained, the intuitive, and the deeply personal can be explored openly.
This podcast was created to help normalize the conversations that don’t always fit into neat categories, the stories, questions, experiences, and reflections that many of us have had but don’t always feel comfortable sharing.
Right now, it’s just the two of us talking, honestly and casually, but we’ll be inviting additional cohosts and voices as we grow. Our hope is that this becomes a space where you feel seen, heard, and maybe even a little less alone.
